Saya has been Director of the Theatre since late 2016. She is a member of Xynteo’s Executive Committee, and her previous roles include Head of Energy, Head of Resilience and programme director for the 2015 Global Projects Exchange in New York. She is also director of forthcoming documentary ‘The Myken Project’.

Louise Lilja
EXPERIENCE DESIGN

Louise has led on event execution and shaping the participant experience since the London 2016 Theatre. She increasingly plays a role in programme development, sourcing artistic contributors and experiential design. She has a leadership role on Xynteo’s Arenas Team and originally hails from Sweden.

Amy Ellingham
COMMUNICATIONS & CREATIVE LEAD

Amy leads communications and creative direction for this year’s Theatre, and also led on Oslo 2014. She’s responsible for brand and creative at Xynteo, and has previously worked her magic on the Leadership Vanguard leadership development and project incubation programme, and the Exchange/Norway.

Emma Coulshaw
PROJECT MANAGER

Emma is responsible for coordinating the team’s work and the project’s governance. This year, she is also spearheading the ‘Secret Dinners’ pre-event evening activities and is playing a key role in our preparations for the 2019 Theatre. For Xynteo, she also works on the Europe Delivers project.

Toril Helsem Schaumburg
GUEST MANAGEMENT

Toril has been with Xynteo since 2009, and leads on invitations and guest management for The Performance Theatre. But Toril’s dedication to taking good care of our participants and partners has touched Xynteo events globally, from the Exchange/Norway in 2017 to events in India, China, the US and beyond.

Tim Steinecke
ADVISOR

Originally from Berlin, Tim is providing insights on this year’s location and strategy for hosting the Theatre in Germany. Prior to joining Xynteo in 2017, Tim lived in China, India and Malaysia for many years researching the relationship between state-owned energy companies and governments for his PhD.

Masarat Daud
ILA COMMUNITY DEVELOPER

Masarat is passionate about grassroots education work in India and runs a community center in Rajasthan. She is a TED speaker (2014) and also organises TEDxShekhawati, India’s largest TEDx event. She is an active blogger, interested in feminism and Islam. Masarat is working on the Inspired Leadership Award.

Victoria Prøitz

Victoria is helping with the Inspired Leadership Award. She is a passionate young leader – she’s held leadership positions for youth volunteering initiative Rotaract, harnesses her love of skiing and mountaineering to help refugees settle in Norway, and is a tireless charitable campaigner.

Despina is passionate about bringing people from diverse backgrounds together, so supporting on the ‘Secret Dinners’ pre-event evening activities and event execution is perfect for her. Prior to TPT, she worked extensively in leadership change and EU policy, both in Norway and internationally.
