Singaporean poet and performer Deborah Emmanuel created this performance based on her experiences at TPT 2017, where we tackled the theme of 'Invisible Realities'. Deborah took inspiration from the Greek theatre device of "apostrophe" for this message to those outside the room.
One of the lessons I walked away with was that it was often me who was going into conversations expecting differences instead of similarities, and this is often a cause for our disconnect.
