The Covid-19 crisis has left no part of our economies and societies untouched. But it has added an additional layer of stress or threat for populations that were already in crisis.

We reached out to Yves Daccord, former director-general of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and Killian Noe, founder of the Recovery Café, to seek their advice on leading organisations and serving vulnerable populations through long emergencies.

 

Yves Daccord

Yves was the director-general of the International Committee of the Red Cross from July 2010 to March 2020. He is also member of the advisory board of The Performance Theatre.

Killian Noe

Killian is the founding director of Recovery Café, a therapeutic community for men and women recovering from homelessness, addiction and other mental health challenges, founded in Seattle in 2003.

Saya Snow Kitasei

Saya is the director of The Performance Theatre and a member of Xynteo’s Executive Management Team.
